My
Story
2017
Melly started her professional diving career back in 2017. Developing from a non-diver to a full-time Divemaster in less than half a year. She finished off her courses in Malta and Tenerife.
2018
During the year 2018, Melly kept on working as a Scuba Divemaster on the island of Malta.
Freediving
Within this year she started to train freediving on a professional level. It only took her a few lessons to reach a depth of over - 30m (98 ft)
She quickly realized that this was her true passion.
2019
Transition to Freediving
In 2019 Melly took her freediving career to the next level. Not only has she worked as an Assistant Instructor with world champions and held workshops in Greece, she has educated herself in alternative training approaches and were coached by one of the world's best personal freediving coaches: Harry Chamas.
2020
Sharing her love and passion for the sea has always been her goal. In the year of 2020, she held her second workshop in Greece and finished her instructor course with world champion Jesper Stechmann. While working as an instructor on the island of Gozo she continued to work as a professional Underwater Model and took her techniques and abilities to the next level.
2021
The year of new opportunities. Parallel to her Jobs as a Freediving Instructor, Model, and Customer Support Agent, Melly started to work in the movie industry as a stunt double. This job gave her the opportunity to combine her talents: acting, diving and freediving.
2022
More jobs as a stunt diver followed in the year 2022. Not only that, but soon Melly was recognized for her talent in underwater dancing. She starred in commercials for international beauty and technology companies, and finished to act in two major movies.
